We are in the process of renewing our license, but have now lost access. Is it possible to re-establish our account once the license fee is paid?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. You are generally given some time to renew the license before account deletion (about 60 days). If you cannot find your account at all (even password reset fails), you can go ahead and create a new account to start the 30-days free trial.

Once the license is ready, you can activate it under Administration>>Licensing. You must activate a new license annually here. If you have more questions about this process or licenses, please email our Sales Team: sales-america(at)sitekiosk.com .
