Support Request: License count exceeded

The client does not start. The portal keeps saying we have exceeded license count, but we have removed all clients except the one we wish to use.

Hello,

the license message has now disappeared. Presumably more than 1 machine was registered on to the team when your license was activated (today). Then the message will remain for some time (you can deactivate it manually) to indicate that the clients have been moved to the unlicensed folder.

However, this usually doesn’t cause problems with starting the client.
Depending on how long the state lasts, the client either starts normally or a corresponding message is displayed on the client screen instead of the current project.
