Support Request: Site Cafe Server or Hotspot mini client keeps losing the WEB access

Description

The whole PC has to be rebooted to fix the problem.
The wifi works fine then after about 30-45min I get the errror message
(cant access web interface)

Hello,

Sorry for the delayed reply. There was a problem with the bug reporting system.

You first should check the internet connection on the computer you have installed SiteCafe with the HotSpot module on.
As there was a known problem with the stability of the SiteCafe Server service in the version 2.1 which sometimes has occurred on XP systems you should also update to the latest version 2.5.1:

There is no known issue with using the IE6 on the client computers but you might also check it with using the newer versions of the IE (IE7 or IE8).

If these suggestions still don’t help any further please describe the issue step by step.
